Looking for some help.

My tail lights, blinkers, fan, stereo, and interior lights only work when I rev up the engine to high rpms. The only things that do work are headlights and speedometer.

1991 Pathfinder.

Any suggestions on where to start?

This sounds like your battery is no longer holding a charge and your electrical system is just being powered by your alternator. This also sounds like your alternator is pretty weak, usually when a vehicle is being powered by the alternator alone it feeds too much current at low RPM's (at high RPM's you can usually damage electrical equipment). My suggestion, take the car to an auto parts store (Autozone, Advance Auto, etc.) and have them test the battery and alternator for free. Or, if you have AAA, they will send someone out to your house to test the battery.
