I was changing the small parking bulbs in the headlights when POOF my side markers, tail lights, and console light go dark. I've check all the fuses under the hood and inside, all look fine. Before I schedule a $$ service ticket, does anyone have suggestions?

Check the fuses again. Also, try checking the bulbs you just installed, it sounds like you created a short while changing the bulbs.

I had the same exact thing happen to me. I looked for a fuse but could not find anything. It seems that the car is stuck in "daylight mode" meaning, the tail lights are not working, but the brake lights work. The parking lamps are not on, but the hazard and signals work. The interior stack control lights are not working, but the Instrument cluster works, but it is not able to be dimmed. If anyone has any info, please help! thanks!

PROBLEM SOLVED! There is another fusebox that is not listed in the manual. It is located behind the battery. You will see a plastic box. Lift up on the cover and there will be a 10A fuse in location 75. It will be labeled "tail lamps" check to see if it is blown. mine was and I had the same issues as you.
