Tail Lights, Brake Lights, Turn Signals, Parking Lights, Dash Lights dont work.

I have a 240sx with a SR20 in it and it also has HICAS if that matters!. I am not sure exactly what happened to them but the brake lights and turn signals dont work, and if i turn the head lights on there are no parking lights, no tail lights, and no dash lights. I have checked all the fuses at the driver side kick panel and none are blown. The hazard lights and reverse lamps are still working. I dont remember when they went out due to the fact that i didnt realize till much later that they werent working. Also not sure if it has anything to do with it but my JDM digital gauges speedo now does not work either, no numbers or illumination. I pulled the gauges out to see if anything had burned up on that speedo and might have disconnected something by accident behind the dash, but is there any one plug or something back there that would cause all those to stop working? Everything else seems to work fine. Is there a relay or something i need to check. The headlights also work just fine accept for a problem that i have had with them for a while of when i turn on the brights they dont always come on. The left bulbs bright comes on everytime but sometimes i have to turn them off/on to get the right bulbs bright to come on. I can tell whether they are both on or not by whether or not the little blue light on the dash for highbeams lights up or not. If it doesnt come on then the passenger side high beam isnt on, but if i turn them off/on till the blue light comes on then its on. Making since??? Please help ASAP as I am a delivery driver at the moment and need things such as these to keep from getting pulled over constantly!!! Thanks

honestly that sounds like a bad headlamp switch. i will say the gauge issue is kind of puzzling as i am not familiar with the digital gauges. if you beat on the switch does it help?

Do you mean the actual levers or whatever its called for turning on turn signals and headlights etc. Also i rechecked today to see if there was power at the fuse box. I must not have had a good ground the first time or whatever, cause they are all getting power to the fuses now! Thanks

Also pulled the gauges back out today to check for an uplugged harness and nothing is unplugged anywhere that i could get to!

yeah, the switch (iirc) has circuits in it for pass and driver side. sometimes one side will get corroded and not work well. actually very common.
