Tail light problems

Car: 91 mr2, 01 galant, and trying to get a 240

I just got a '90 240 and on the tail liights when i hit the brakes the left blinker goes on, and when i turn on my headlights my left blinker stays on, and it does not blink it just stays solid, does anyone know the way i could wire this so it could be normal

Sounds like a electrical issue, possibly a bad ground contact. I would check the trunk/light area,look for a wire(ground) remove clean off,(sandpaper).
