Tail Light HELP!?!

I just got Khouki 180sx Tail lights, Can someone help me out with the installation...I heard their is some wiring which has to be done. I went around to places around here and they wanna charge about 100.00 to install them..I feel like I'm getting ripped off.

the butyl ruber seals also have to be redone

yeah...someone told me you have to clean it out and reseal it...Do you know where I can get some new seal? and how to wire it up?

If anyone in the SO CAL area knows how to install these tail lights please help me out...

go to any autozone and pick up some windshield repair kit - it's a spool of black tar like substance and only cost $8.99 and I had enough to do nearly 4 tail lights. if you need help, PM me for my cell and we can do it sometime this sunday. there's also a autozone near my place as well. yes, I'm in socal...
