Tail Light fuse problems

Hey Guys, I hope someone can help me out here!?!?! Everytime I turn on my headlights it blows my tail light fuse under the dash. I have went over all the wires to stuff that doesn't work when the fuse blows. My question to you is does anyone know an easy way to find the short or do I need to go over all my wiring from the fuse box under the dash back?? Any Suggestions would be great thanks

I blew brake light fuses when I tried to install a JDM cluster harness. Note that this was the brake lights and not the running lights, but if you have installed any JDM wiring for your lights you may want to check it. The pinouts were incorrect on my cluster harness.
