Been seeing quite a few Qs lately, including a 94 Q45a, some 90-93s, and one 97-01. When I see them parked, I make sure to put an invite to NICO under their wiper blade.

Lady in a gorgeous 98 I30 pulled up next to me at the supermarket as I was pulling out, paid her a compliment (her car, not her).

Last weekend I was at a car wash. After I pulled into my stall a guy in a silver 94 Q45a came into the stall next to me. I poked my head in and said "Nice ride!"

He proceeded to hand me a couple bills and said "Hey there, um, could you make me some change?"Confused, I pointed and said "Well, theres a change machine right there.""Oh, sorry about that! I thought you worked here!""Umm, yeah, I own a 92 Q and wanted to pay a compliment." and I handed him an invite to NICO.

I was dressed in my best button-up shirt and some dark green khakis, how did I look like a car wash attendant?!? Oh well. Thats what I get for being the brown guy in an all-white bread town. :P

I love all the hot cars that cruise around in the summer!

I bet the guy felt pretty crappy - I'm usually that guy - say something stupid like "you too" when the cashier says "come back to see us"

Not as bad as a guy I used to know who worked as a cashier in a local supermarket. He told a guy on crutches "I hope your leg gets better soon" (view obstructed of the guy below the waist by the counter). The guy gave him a weird go-to-hell look. Turned out that his leg had been amputated!
