Tachometer wont work, Speedo & Gas wiggles

Hey,

I have 300zx 1984 2+2, my Speedo wiggles between speeds and by gas gage goes up and down at different speeds. My tachometer doesnt even work at all, the needle stays at zero. How do I tackle this issue and How much will it cost?? help!

Speedo bouncing is likely the speedo cable, gas gauge likely the sender, and the tach could be a bad connection at the coil or a bad gauge.
