I had a quick question, I just finished swapping in my Kouki S14 SR20DET (ECU code "NA") into my 1995 240sx, and before doing it, the guy I had wire my main harness told me that my tachometer would not work after the swap. I did research, and I only found stuff about people having issues going from SOHC to the SR.

So is it true that my tachometer won't work? Or did my wiring guy just thought wrong? Help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I would start the the car and find out myself, but my car isn't getting spark (I suspect it being the Cam Angle sensor, since the casing came cracked).

You have to solder in a 10k resistor. One end to 12V and the other to tacho signal. It is because ECU uses open-colector output.
