Tachometer not working. NEED HELP!!!

Hello guys,
I'm having problems with the revolution neddle, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. The actual speed needle does work. Could it be the vehicle speed sensor.
I need some advice.

Its likely a circuit malfunction, cluster malfunction, or computer malfunction. Check the FSM...
