Tach/water temp not working

I can't really pinpoint when this happened, but for some reason the tach and the water temp gauge quit working.

-I've tried to replacing the cluster, it still doesn't work.-my turbo timer pulls directly off of the cluster, and it's not registering RPM either.- my E-manage is tapped right at the ECU, and it reads just fine.

srsly, wtf. what would make my tach and my water temp not work, but work just fine at my ECU?
