91 240 coupe

The tach does not always start working when the car is started. Sometimes it will start working after a few seconds, sometimes after I rev it a little, sometimes longer before it starts working.

Digital Speedo/HUD - Neither one lights up at all. The only burned fuse is for the radio, it smokes them right away. I'm set to put a new stereo in and plan to run new power/ground so no biggie there unless the damn speedo shares the power for some goofy reason.

Thoughts??
