I'm in the middle of wiring up a tach for my car that requires a 12v pulse signal. Correct me if I'm wrong but from what i've read the dash wire for the tach output with the rb swap is a 5v pulse. Is there a 12v pulse signal wire anywhere? Can the dakota digital tach converter convert the 5v pulse to a 12v pulse? Sorry if this has been covered but thanks for your time.

Also if anyone knows what type of speed sensor the rb trans uses please let me know. As far as i know it should be a 2wire inductive coil sensor? I need to verify with a company before i order a conversion box and they're asking if it's a reed switch style or inductive coil type.
