Everyone seems to be getting their new manifolds in.

I have a few questions for anyone up for answering.

Going to be running a true T4 twin scroll turbo manifold.

1. Since its a dual wastegate setup (like full races), does it really require 2 44mm wastegates? Since each wastegate is controlling 3 cylinders, wouldnt it more cost effective to run 2 38mm? I dont think a 38mm should have any problems flowing enough, but i wanna check.

2. anyone have a turbo option? Looking for the quickest spool t4 twin scroll turbo that gets past the 500 mark. currently looking at this gt turbo:

my current setup is 515whp off a t3/60-1. but i want way better response

What is the diameter of the pipes that will go into the wastegates?

If I were you I would definately be running two 38's. I guess there would be a baller factor of having twin 44's, but it almost seems like overkill. I dont remember if I was reading something from what Kyle sent us, or maybe somewhere else, but I think he said that single wastegated twin scroll manifolds didnt have much boost spiking problems until very high power levels. It could only make sense that using two smaller wastegates on each set of 3 would be able to control boost more evenly.

You MIGHT notice a difference in top end power with the larger diameter wastegates, but I dont know if thats significant.
