I can't find anything that states what size the inlet and outlet fitting to use for a Garrett T3? Sorry for the dumb thread

Don't worry about it. Just run some coolant through it, and call it good.

How do I do that, I can see the threads where some type of fitting goes there but I can't find out what size

ATP turbo sells them. Also, you can get them from NAPA if they have fittings for sale.

It's a standrad thread type - 3/8 or something like that. You can buy a barbed brass fitting at home depot. If you must use compression type you'll need some compression to barb adapters.

Yeah, sorry got them over the weekend, for Advance $1.16 each, probably got rob but for the customer service it was worth it.

Not even close, ATP wanted 24 for the pair IIRC. You got a good price.
