look for MarkeMark's old posts. He started with the same Saab turbo. He wasnt satisfied and ended up getting a T3 Super 60 (comp and turbine).

If you have access to a Z31 comp, why not use the whole thing??Z31 specs: 0.60A/R, 60 trim comp with 0.63A/R, stg 1 turbine

Edit: Here's his website, I dont think he'l mind. It tells the whole story...www.angelfire.com/thefo....html

If you're new to boost, that Saab Turbo will give you all of the giddy horsepower that you want initially, and will keep you and your non-boosted friends happy for a while. If you plan on big numbers, get that Z31 turbo fixed and use it.

Summary: Low Boost+ Pleased Friends=Saab TurboHigher Boost+Pleased Right Foot=Z31 Turbo

I think you'd be better off upgrading the comp housing than the turbine housing. BD uses 0.48A/R exhaust in their kits, but most guys use a 0.63A/R. The big power guys usually use the 0.82A/R.

SlideKAT, I'd look for a new wheel for that Z31 turbo. I assume you could swap the comp housing if you really had to.
