T3 turbo for my motor? Need opinions.

Hey everyone, I am looking at a friend's turbo for sale and was wondering what you guys (and gals) thought about it. He said he would give it to me for 270...It is a turbonetics t3-60 with a/r of .63. I have read the sticky in the other forum about turbos and still dont fully understand what this turbo is capable of and how it will act, as in how long will it take to spool. I am looking for around 325whp. Anyone that has any ideas on whether it is a good deal, please let me know. Thanks.Joshua
