t3/t4 oil feed

do you guys run -4 an or -3 an, how is it working out and which is better on a s14 KA-t

-3an is plenty

does a - 4an flow more oil or less because it is bigger with less line pressure, sorta like making a water hose smaller effectively making the pressure higher. so which is it?

-4an is sometimes too much oil. You don't want to over-oil the turbo.

Cheapturbos.com recommends that you use -3an with their turbos.

I was just thinking maybe -4 an is bigger in size but flows less pressure, just wanted to make sure because I dont want to blow the seals, the turbo is from cheapturbos so i guess -3 an it is
