I know that the t3 uses turbine section with the t4 compressor and that the t4 is just straight t4 turbine section and compressor but as far as how fast each spool is there any noticeable difference in the turbo lag from one to the other. i want the fastest spooling turbo possible with the potential to make 400+ once i have a complete build and make it a weekend car. until then though i want a fast spooling turbo with not too much turbo lag so its still a lot of fun but with high output potential down the road. thanks

t4 .58ar and a 48trim comp. youll be happy

t3/t4 are also good but it leave them for the hondas.. you have a 2.4l motor get a turbo that will put out to match that motor

The T3 turbine is going to have faster spool but with overall lower efficiency, but you can have better response. It is another option, but it isn't necessarily the only one. But in most cases the T3/T04e .50 .63 Stg3 is best for us. Or if it were up to me, it would be a GT3571r.

I've been shooting for the T3/60-1 for the longest time. But that's just me..

I'm running a GT28RS with the .86 hotside. I can't wait to go T3 or T4

T3/T04E is for the Hondas? Youre a fool. T3/T04E 50 trim .64 A/R with a Stage 3 Turbine. Great Turbo, good for 400WHP.

Get the 50 trim stg3 or the gt32. I have a gt35 now, I love it.

For the record and this happens to be FACT, if you're not looking to exceed 450WHP, then the best turbo for the money is a T3/TO4E in 50 trim with a stgIII turbine wheel. There are simply NO arguments to be made here.

If you go with a T4 exhaust flange, then you better be looking to make some decent power, otherwise you're wasting valuable rpm to lag for absolutely not return.
