t3 rebuild kit universal??

hey guys i have a tb03 turbo off of an 88 daytona shelby z. it is .48/.42 t3 that is oil and water cooled. since it is water cooled also does that mean its ball bearing turbo? anyways i bought an ebay .48/.42 t3 turbo for 80 bucks and was wondering if my rebuild kit for the chrysler t3 will fit on this generic t3? the reason im not wanting to use the chrysler one is because there are several bolts broken off in the exhaust housing and its flange is different than a standard t3.

when you take it apart take a look the a seal i think there is 3 different kinds of t3 seal soooo it might not fit
