Made the trip to T3 today. The J30 has new shocks/struts, a transmission cooler, and some BG44K.

The ride feels improved. Byron said my shocks weren't that bad at 81K miles. I can tell a difference but I guess I was expecting a lot more. I still need to rotate/balance my tires and get a wheel alignment since suspension components have been replaced.

Both tension rod bushings were gone. They pressed the bushings I got from Joe and all is well.

The guys are T3 are very nice. Doug went above and beyond to take care of me. They definitely know Infiniti cars. I live about 120 miles from T3 but it was worth the trip. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. You owe it to your car to pay them a visit.

You'll feel the biggest difference once you get the alignment done. Everything will then be working in concert. I had mine done @ 120k so the difference in handling for me was probably greater. Your J should feel tighter from the new bushings alone but if there is pushing etc., from the misalignment of the wheels then some of the improved feel will still be hidden. I actually found the ride to be on the harsh side until I had put about 5k on the new struts and rubber. Once they had worked in, the ride was smooth as a baby's butt and control inputs are superbly responsive. I love quickly moving the steering wheel back and forth and feeling my 3800lb J twitch like a tiny sports car.

Looking forward to a report on the effects of the BG44K.
