T3 for ka install need assistance!?!?

So i got a T3 its ok condition for my KA but now i need to know is where to buy a manifold to work with it! Ill be rebuilding the turbo in the next few days so it will give me time to look for the manifold. I guess my problem is seeing too many T3/T4 manifolds for the fitment. I need help or what ever you guys can throw at me!!

Right post...wrong section. This question really isn't advanced and you would have had much better luck in the 240sx & silvia forum or ka-t forum. Also, if you're looking for a manifold, titling the thread "What manifold for ka-t" or something alone those lines would have been better. Just some help for starting topics.

I will help you out though. There are lots of t3 manifolds for the ka. I'm assuming you're talking about the ka24de, and no e. Revhard also makes a manifold, and I'm sure you can find different manifolds on ebay. That should give you a good start. As you see, there's a wide variation in price. Use the search button and you will find tons of reviews, fitments, pictures, etc of just about all of these manifolds. Hope this helps.

FYI, when you remove/install the compressor wheel you should use a double handle torque wrench. This is to prevent bending of the shaft. Also FYI, it's worth it to pay a company to rebuild the turbo for you. They have special equipment to check balance on the entire center housing rotating unit.

teddy, thanks bud...... this post was to try to get some one to respond to everything i put! Makes sense, i ve been confused about the t3/t4 mani. I was just assuming that i had to custome make one!!i2ice:I would assume that rebuilding a turbo would be easy aslong your carefull, making it sound pretty difficult...
