It really depends on the exhaust housing. IAP (our sponsor) sells one as shown but I'm not certain what housing they are making them for. when I bought my kit they were for the Ford style T3 housing, I heard rumor they were going to start using the popular 4-bolt Garrett style. what style housing do you have? you might call them/email them to find out.

At worst you can have one fabbed up. http://www.cheapturbo.com sells flanges and they SHOULD have one that fits your style of housing.
