T3 compressor inlet flange

I got my T3 super 60 last week... and i've been searching for a place that sells the compressor inlet flange thingy (look at the picture). I cant find any

on and one more quick question...I clocked the compressor housing.. pretty simple..but for the turbine housing, do i have to pull the housing out first? cuz it wont turn.. i think its keyed in some way to prevent it from rotating..
