anyone have experience with this turbo? I've done some research and it appears that this is the best compressor size for the ca18det at around 16-22 boost. If so what A/R are you using? stuff going in my motorcp 83.5mmtomei cams 270, 8.8 liftupgraded springs

Here is a link where I received the info

i think .48 t3/t04 is the way to go. im not exactly "in the know" on the t3 series turbos though. anything against using a mitsubishi turbo, like a td05h 18g? or a large gt28, like a 2860r or 2876r? those would seem comparable to your t3, and with the gt-series you can use the stock manifold.

also, why wont it let me change the injector size on that site? everything else is changable. 271cc/min is friggin pathetic.

the injector size is the flow rate used to push the estimated hp, If you notice the cfm flow/ pressure ratio on the site it points to the efficiency in the t3 50 trim at the 75% range, when I compared the numbers to other turbo's ie the garret gt 28 series it only yielded a pick in the 65% range, I did the math before looking at this site and I came up with the same numbers. But this site made it easier to see it in the compressor chart

By the way I graduated from Arab High School

hell yeah, north alabama rules. something makes me think a gt2876r is going to be way more than 65% efficient at 18-22psi on the ca18.
