T28 turbo question

I was wondering if it is possible to turn the compressor housing on a t28 to a different direction for a custom setup, or does it skrew up the compressor seal.

i think ive seen it done, unless it was a custom manifold and downpipe that made it sit different

i clocked my gt28r to fit my custom intercooler piping with no problem.
