T28 Turbo Bearing & Seal kit Which one to get?

Basically my buddy has a Notch top Sr20det in his car and it's smoking like crazy out the tail pipe, it's definitely burning oil but mostly on idle.

So which one of these ebay kits will do the trick for a quick fix - Long Bearing Kit or Short Bearing kit?

Anyone know which one the T28 is?

The kit's are like $20-$40 ...
