What kind of t28? Is it ball bearing? If so, you really can't tell the bearings are fried by checking the turbo for shaft play and damage. Bearing damage is internal and you might not find out until its on the car. $150 seems mighty cheap for a t28.

S14 t28's go for $300+ usedS15 t28's go for $450+ used

S14/S15 ball bearing turbos are the same crap (with exception of the inconel turbine wheel and cast divider on the turbine housing on the s15)

They're both rated for 320whp, both dual ball bearing.

Great deal if it's a Garret. You can buy a new Chinese knock off for that price on the bay.

The S14 BB T28 is rated the same hp as the S15 T28.

Both are 320hp rated.
