I really thought it was only 5-7psi. But my new T28 is boosting to 1 Bar. I guess it's not that big of a deal, but I'd like to run less boost for daily driving. I don't think I've got a leak in my wastegate line. It's only about 3" long. I drilled and tapped a hole in the turbo outlet elbow and am referenceing my boost from there. It's a brand new hose and I doubt it's leaking.

I found the company off eBay, but I bought it from them directly. It was brand new, still in the Nissan box.

It works great, and the car is great at 1 Bar. It lights up the tires all the way through first. But that's why I'd like to run less boost daily if possible.

Any ideas?

only in first gear?haha....I got my car sitting on the spot in 4th gear with my T28 running only 11psi.

but my T28 ( from a GTiR ) only runs 5psi without the boost controller!and I had always thought that GTiRs ran more boost factory than silvias.

My t25 was doing the 1 bar thing too when I had the wastegate line routed from the compressor, ended up routing it straight from the port on the intake manifold behind the throttle pulley and its been perfect ever since. Might want to give that a try, the highest mine ever spikes now is 10 psi.

LOL! That was where I was pulling the signal from before I swapped turbos. I didn't like that the line was so long, so I drilled and tapped a hole in my turbo elbow. I'll give that a try today and see what it does. Thanks damesta...

hell yeah....it goes pretty hard on 9psi....but at 11 ( and up to 14psi ) it goes absolutely nuts. tho, it doesnt spool up fully till just over 4000rpm...but its not that bad, I quite like it( mine got 221WHP at 11psi.....not tuned at all )

Nada. I figured out what the problem was. I've got another post in the CA section called "boost creep".
