T28 rebuilt and leaking?

I took my turbo to a shop to get rebuilt - replaced all seals/journal bearings etc. To lubricate it, I put the oil return pipe on and poured some oil in it and spun the propeller around. Now I am noticing that oil seems to be leaking out from the rear exhaust side of the turbo - is this because I am not suppose to put oil in from the oil drain pipe side? or something went wrong in the rebuild?

I would say its definately not a good sign.
