i just won a blown T28 turbo off ebay for $75 and am looking to rebuild it a bit upgraded hopefully. has anyone ever rebuilt a t28, can anyone tell me where to get the parts i need and what the parts are exactly, thanks.

personally, i would send it off to be rebuilt. you could have it ported and have stainless steel internals put in it. I forget who does it...majestic maybe, i think they are in texas.

Ball bearing turbos arent cheaply rebuilt. Basically rebuilding one consists of replacing the whole centersection, which costs about $100 less than a brand new turbo.

is it possible to make the turbo more powerful than a regular T28?

yea....something u can do by swaping pieces of the pulsar t28 on it
