Its ball bearing. You will feel a little something. But at stock boost it wont feel all that much better. Remember it only adds 15hp max to the S14 engine. It bolts in place but the water and oil lines will have problems. As well as the compressor sides inlet and outlet pipes.

According to Phase2, the T28 is good for about 300rwhp with the appropriate complimentry mods (exhaust, cams, etc). That's nothing to sneeze at power wise. You can go fast enough to scare your passengers and the people who happen to be driving along next to you.

That's my plan. Usually you need 550cc injectors, valvesprings and metal headgasket are a good idea, and a bigger MAF. Since you need fuel management anyway, I will probably get a Power FC or FCon V Pro and use that to tune it and eliminate the MAF altogether, while eliminating the rev and speed limiters.

That was my first impression, and I embarassed myself by making statements on that. I now own one, and it is in fact bb.

Are the turbines and housings the same size with the s14 and s15 turbos?

The housing and A/R is exactly the same. The onely difference in the s15 t28 is the slightly higher flowing comp wheel, 60 trim versus 63, and of course the inconel turbine wheel and wastegate divider.
