What will the motor run like with the T28, and stock injectors, stock ecu, and maf? How much boost could you run with this setup? Would there be any other problems with this setup(Stock redtop with T28) besides the oil lines?

Don't know about stock lines, but TaKA Motorsports sells braided lines for a T28 on S13 block. I will post up a link later if you need it. I can't remember the addy right off hand. Phase2motortrend also resells the TAKA kits for the same price (about $150).

I am running an S15 T28 on my S13. It , from what I have been told, can go up to about 15 or 16 psi before efficiency really starts to drop off. There shouldnt be any differences as far as installation goes. I did some custom oil/water line, not too hard if you know what you need and where to go to get it. I used -3AN for the oil feed and -10AN for the oil return. The -3AN looks alot like braided brake lines, in fact I have seen people use goodridge brake line hose for oil feed to the turbo. I had to get a flange with a 3/8NPT hole in it for the oil return that bolts to the bottom of the center section. I got the flange from precision turbo and engine. I used an adaptor to go from 3/8NPT to -10AN then another adaptor to go from -10AN to 1/2NPT where the oil return line goes into the block. The turbo spools nicely, although I have never driven an SR with a stock turbo on it, so I cannot compare it to stock. I know it has less lag than an EVO 8.I am very happy with it and plan on keeping it as long as I can.
