t28 on a s13 sr20det

does anyone know if the stock t28 turbo off a pulsar gti-r will bolt up to a stock manifold on a black top s13 sr20det. the turbo on the s13 blacktop si the stock t25. will i have to do any modifications to get this work and if so what is the max psi i can run on this turbo, and when will boost come on and about how much hp can i make from this turbo at the crank and wheels, since i am thinking of purchasing this turbo this weekend from a friend of mine.
