t28 oil line inlet fittings??

I got some braidded lines for my s14 sr20det. The oil line came with two fittings and one is a smaller diamater. which do I use for my turbo? and why?

The T28 is a ball bearing turbo and needs oil restrictor in the oil supply line going to it. The factory oil supply line fitting that is screwed in your block has this restrictor in it. If you change the fitting in your block, you need to use the restrictor installed in the turbo oil supply inlet.

So i use the smaller diameter, thanks for the info. i kinda figured that but wanted a second opinion. thanks!
