Well, if you were me, how would you set this up?

I could probably make a bracket for the part that hits the coolant feed as you see in the pic where it's noted as "gap" but when it comes to the compressor side as you see in the other pic, I have no clue what to do there.

For those of you that have done this before, please shed some light on this issue.

Thanks!

Weld her shut

haha man, it looks like you have your hands FULL on this one.... any manifolds let you go EWG?..... ewg has nice VE gains...

i mean, you can probably make that work... but if you had the chance i'd go with an EWG

Flip the turbo around the right way?

You're probably going to have to drill and tap the compressor housing to make something work. You might consider the HKS actuator since the bracket isn't attached and gives you more flexibility.

flip the engine around the right way!

haha no, in all seriousness, I think you should do what float and the other guy said, and try another wg actuator.

What i did at first was just blocked off the coolant ports and ran the turbo waterless for a while.I eventually ran new lines off the coolant lines on the back side of the motor. That will probably be your best bet, run the coolant lines from somewhere else and block off the one in the way of the actuator.

Ive been debating on getting one but unless the actuator arm is a bit longer or the bracket will benefit me I cant see myself buying one.

Ill leave it as a worst case scenario since ive already spent too much money on this car since Christmas.

Hey, I tried mounting my T25 like that.... I had a lot of trouble with the compresser houseing hitting my radiator. Just get a U12 dump pipe (im looking for one) as it goes right under the turbo and over the pulsars front engine mount. Or do what I have setup for now and just let the exuast go under the front mount... sure it hangs low... but no lower then some body kits ive seen out there. But seriously, turbos are kinda thought to be mounted the other way around or so i seemed to have found in my exploits.
