T28 from R32, BB T28?

I am getting a pretty good deal on the twins from a friends R32, I just wanted to make sure or check and see what turbo's they exactly were. They are Garrett turbo's off a RB26 and say A/R.60 M24 on the compressor cover.

Also, does anyone have an idea what to do about the compressor outlet? It's not the usual 3 bolt, its only 2 bolt.
