T25/T28 oil line to fit T3

There seems to be a lot of oil line threads here lately Does anyone know the thread pattern on the end of a t25/T28 oil feed. I bought the line a long time ago thinking I was going to use a T28 but now acquired a T3.

the flanges on a t28 are different.

The end of the t28 line that goes into the SR block is a 12x1.25 thread. The opposite end that feeds into the turbo is a 7/16" -24 Inverted Flare. The oil feed on the t3 is a 1/8 NPT.
