it most likely wont flow, or make more power than the stocker.

Why don't you make just as much power on the stock unit at 14 psi?

You need more details than it's a T25/T28... he is correct that it is potentially almost the same as your stock turbo.

What are the specs: trim/wheel sizes/ A/R ratio... etc

It could be an upgrade... or a lateral move... or maybe a downgrade
