Yup T25 spiked all the way up to 18 PSI. Held it there for about 3-5 seconds then blew off IC Piping (prolly a good thing). SR took it like a champ. No leaks, no blown gaskets or any other bad things. So today I took off the mani, turbo and turbo exstension and decided to check everything out to be safe. No shaft play whatsoever. While it was off the engine I heat-wrapped the manifold and ported the wastegate hole to match the flap (hopefully this will prevent future spiking). Over the past 2 weeks I have been boosting at 10 psi at higher RPM's so I knew something wasn't right (no Boost Controller was hooked up). Took it for a test run and noticed I have a huge exhaust leak at my downpipe, so I have to fix that before I find out if what I did was good. T25 definately spools slightly faster (I think the heat-wrap helps in that area), but damn...I'm missing 10+psi.... .....So that was my adventure for the weekend. BTW 18 PSI felt great, I was well over 115 too quickly...I have no speed limiter and I have a Mine's ECU, I have yet to find a rev limit on it but I don't rev past 7500 as there is no point.

**** do you have a upgraded fuel system? because at 18psi on the stock system you should have melted pistons...

That's what I'm saying....I have stock fuel system. I must have a stout motor or something. Before I worked on it I drove it around for some things I had to do and there was no loss of power or response. In fact it was running strong as ever.MODS: Walbro 255lph AEM Intake (not that it really matters) Z32 MAFS SAFC2 FMIC Full exhaust from engine back Blitz BOV VLSD w/nismo gearing Koyo Aluminum Rad Altima FansI think thats about it....Yeah I know, I need 550's soon to help out that Z32, all in good time.

you guys need to remember that its still a t25. 18psi on that dinky thing is not the same as 18psi on a disco potato.

none the less, i wouldn't try it often.

according to my boost gauge, im hitting 12 psi on stock everything... the car pulls pretty damn hard at that pressure. i still cant figure out why its going that high. im hoping its just bad plumbing for the boost gauge

Yeah NY is getting pretty lame and cops are getting too hardcore here as well. It's funny you mention the disco potato, thats the turbo I think I'm gonna end up getting.
