T25 Question

hey guys i recently purchased a used t25 its installed in my sr20det blacktop and im not getting boost only at high rpms like after 4 thousand... i dont know if its the wastegate? i put the one from my old gt28rs turbo it was bigger... if anyone knows please thanks

Sounds like vacuum issues

Probably a huge vacuum leak before the turbo.
