i know everyone dogs the t25 stock from the eclipse but all i want is more power period. not to race or whatever just more power. my question is what are the charateristics of this turbo on our KA24DE? what i mean is does it spool from low to mid then give out or what? i will me putting am intercooler many be just the side mount. and stock injectors with FPR and upgraded pump should be fine right?

one more question. what are the pro and cons on addition injectors? and what is it exactly? my understanding is that it is just that, u have 4 stock injectors with another one placed somewhere right?

thankx in advance

the t25 really does not have the correct flow characteristics for a 2.4l motor.....it is just to small..

Hes right, a T25 is very small for a KA. Another thing is, unless you do a custom job, where are you getting a side mount from? And additional injectors are basically just another set of secondary injectors, however i dont know of anyone running, nor anyone who makes a setup for secondary injectors, everyone i know of just runs a bigger set of injectors. With what is sounds like you have in mind, its probably better to go SR. Small turbo, reasonable stock power, and comes with a side mount IC (i dont know why anyone would actually WANT a side mount, much less efficient than a FMIC)

if u just want more power then buy a kit - itll get you where you want , or if u have lots of $ to blow then look into swaping for a diff engine

A T-25 is tiny and spools very quickly. If you were looking for a budget setup; I'd go with a 14b turbo. It's bigger and flows more air but is still small enough to spool quickly. Also, using a DSM sidemount would be great. Numerous people have gone 13's on the stock sidemount.

So, if you wanted a little extra kick for cheap, I'd go with the 14b and DSM SMIC. You should be able to pick up the pair for around $200-$250.
