have u installed your t25 yet?? if so, you should be fine on the stock injectors with a walbro fuel pump for awhile....i live in milwaukee and also have a t25 ka-t.....ran the stock injectors for awhile and it worked good....as long as u dont push it youll be fine....otherwise for the 370cc injectors they compensation is -27%

i tried running my t25 with stock inj, no management

my afrs were way too lean, and pre-ignition ensued.

eventually it meant the death of the motor

If you don't have a wideband, then don't attempt to boost. Which you won't be able to not boost, trust me,lol. Got to get a wideand on your car to be safe.

IAP runs no management on their stage 1 kit other than a walbro fuel pump....i dont see why you shouldnt be fine for a little while

But its not reccomended! If you are spening all this money, spend alittle bit more and get the proper fuel management. $300+ is better then a bombshell!

They give you a choice between the Walbro of an FMU. If I had to choose to run one or the other, the FMU would be first. Both would be safest. Consider the Walbro is not going to increase fuel pressure at teh injectors unless it exceeds the fuel pressure regulator's ability to flow fuel. The factory FPR is designed to keep pressure constant relative to manifold pressure. So, you would ultimately end up with the same fuel flow as you would with the factory pump. The only way to increase max fuel flow is to increase injector size, or increase fuel pressure. An FMU is designed to do this. The fuel pump is not. Considering the factory injectors will probably have you running lean at 4 psi, I would not recommend trying to boost with nothing more than a higher flow fuel pump.

STOP about the IAP kit. I have the kit and I tested it. Could of been a fluke on my cr. but that still means that it needs to be checked. Because just one car fialed the test that might be the only one or there will be more. They sent me the wrong tial spring and I was at only 5psi. I was fine at cruising but rich. Under boost I was @ 12.5+ I could never hti redlien because the numbers kept getting leaner. Ran like a bat out of hell though I'm sure there is someone in your town that has a Wideband. You only need it for night matter of having a power wire and ground wire that's it. Got mine from injected performance innov Lc-1, and my 2nd one from sparkplugs.com NGK

the only reason i said run stock injectors is cuz he just needed the car to get him somewhere...im guessin its his DD....if he didnt boost it, he would be fine...prolly could rev it to like 4k wihtout doin damage...the best bet is to get fuel management, but if he really needed to drive it, and didnt boost, he would be fine

The t25 would start making boost as low as 2200rpm I believe and, if your like me, when you drive around town you shift at about 3k.

Never skip out on fuel management.

One of my points was that the T25 produces boost at such a low rpm level that even shifting low you will more than likely produce boost.

One of your options could be not to turbo it until you have everything needed. There's a right way and a wrong way, its not my car so do whatever you want with it.

You should be fine without them. I've been running without them for over a year... Just make sure you give your car and turbo a minute to cool off before you turn it off to keep the oil from coking up.

I got mine from right underneath the throttle body.

use the throttle body coolant lines. you've got to run a long hose tho or don't run it, but cool your engine for 1-3 mins before turning off or install turbo timer. other option is your heater line.

I have a T25'd KA-T in Milwaukee as well and I boost at 7psi. it dynoed with 200rwhp and 205rwtq.

It has very nice response time, and you can always shift into boost which makes it fun, but it dies out at 5000 rpm's or so and has no top end.

Nice cheap boosting though until you can beef up your motor and go all out if you care to, just make sure you get a good condition T25, and not from generic ebay brand names.

If you run your water lines the turbo will last longer, but if you allow it to cool down it will still last a long time....
