I just had my t25 rebuilt and had it bored to about 1/2" larger on intake side. I have a blitz electric boost controller but when I turn it all the way up the most boost I can make is 12 psi. So can I put a inline controller to set it at say 12psi all the time and then go up from there with my blitz controller?

you'll need to go with a larger turbo. The wastegate just bypasses flow and lowers pressure pre-turbine wheel. Once it's closed all the way you've put the maximum amount of energy through the turbine wheel. Your turbo can only flow a certain amount and provide a certain boost level. In other words, your turbo is maxed out and you need a bigger turbo for your horsepower goal. good luck

boost controllers already fool the waste gate, they are hooked up inline with it, and it lets someof the air out to make the wastegate stay closed longer. so if you boost controler isnt helping, im with i2ice4m3, turbo is at its limit.
