Is there an off-the-shelf T25 exhaust manifold that would position the turbo in the same location as the SR? so the SR turbo outlet and downpipe can be used? Thanks.

Most all bottom mount manifolds will work just fine.

Rumor has it that the SSAC/Megan Racing / ebay manifolds will position the turbo in same place as the SR so you can use the elbow & downpipe... but as with all info, please verify for yourself. Buy a used sr20 manifold. Cut and move the two runners that face the wrong way and weld them to the KA bolt pattern. I just saw a picture of it today and now I might try it.
