Dont know the specs on the turbo, but I was wondering would it be possible to have a welder cut the T3 flange, weld on a T04 flange so I can install the T04 turbo??? Also, would a new O2 housing be required??? Another questtion I had on this is if I had custom piping from the turbo back made, would I still need a O2 housing, or could I have them make an O2 bung right on the piping??? I am thinking htis would alleviate the rubbing of the downpipe to the steering rack and get me a good free lwoing exhaust at the same time

T3/TO4E is a better turbine...The RB20 will love it. Keep the mani and use that turbine.

You can have a T4 flange and down size it with an adapter to T3, but why would you make or buy an adapter to to make it a T4. The port is far to small to spool a T4.
