T-bone, head gasket

Got t-boned my driver door drifitng some stupid corner and didnt see tha car coming...but no big deal, but have had a bad head gasket and was wondering if anyone new how or if its hard to fix it? and since t-bone my alinement is reay bad was wondering how much too fix?thanks
