Just get a silicone 90 degree elbow. You can get it from Ebay, or multiple places online. I picked mine up from ebay, but after that i got a bunch of pieces from this place thats got some good prices and products. Before you order get a list of the clamps you need and get T bolt clamps from them too, they have a good price on them.

I'm pretty sure he is talking about connecting the exhaust side to the cat area. As for many setups, it's probabky going to take a good amount of custom work. You can find a steel flange that fits the back of the turbo housing, a flange that will fit to the cat or whatever you connect the downpipe to, and some piping. Time to bust out those fabricating skills! because it will save you some headaches and some cash.

Personally, I would weld a 2 inch section of pipe directly from the turbo flange, and then a V band clamp to the area so you can easily weld and figure out where your next section of pipe is going to go.

Its called a dump tube, your right, an elbow is the peice that goes off the compressor side. Just your usual turbo jargan..

The biggest thing that maters is the 4, or 5 bolt patern, and if your downpipe clears your firewall and steering knuckle. Also, it takes a different piece if your internally gated, things get complicated. But if your externaly gated then your good to go. There are different types of 5 and 4 bolt flanges, make sure you know which one you have before you buy one.

What you really need is someone to fabricate you a full down pipe.

As long as you have the proper flange connecting to the turbo and another connecting the downpipe to the cat, then you're set. I had access to a flux core mig, so mine is pretty messy, lol. As long as there are no leaks and you clear several items, then you're set.

That's for an SR T25, and even still, you would have to still get the hardware to weld a downpipe to connect that to the exhaust.

No, not all 5 bolt flanges are the same, so you would need to make sure you have the proper flange before going any further. You could probably take it to an exhaust shop and say: "make this connect to the cat", and they might be able to do it.

IMHO, just find a buddy with a welder and do it yourself. A lot of people hype it up to be a lot harder than it looks, and BTW, it's not hard at all, lol. My dp cost me about 40 bucks and 4 hours to make. I wasn't in any rush.
