SZ 2.5 inlet piping question

Hello Forum; engine pull required to install a SZ 2.5" turbo inlet piping kit?; is it necessary to remove the manifold heat shields for the new turbo inlets adapters? or aftermarket manifolds are a must for clearance?

Manifolds are not the issue. Motors mounts are. BDE low profile mounts or grind down the OEM webbing of the aluminum mount.
