synthetic to mineral engine oil

I want to go back and start using dino oil again and was wondering if there is a procedure or best way to do this? Or is this something your not supposed to do? I have heard a lot of bunk about switching any truth to it?

just switch, no voodoo. The only oil theory I buy into is the "don't use synthetic oil on a newly built engine until it's been broken in". If you are doing your oil changes you will be fine with any brand name oil with the proper viscosity for your application, I recommend from personal experience Mobil 1 for syntetic and Castrol for dead dino juice.
